Welcome to Sez-U Theatre

We work collaboratively with groups and individuals to encourage the exchange of ideas between people and their culture. To make the experience of live theatre, devised performance, scriptwriting and film-making accessible to the community.
Sez-U is a non-profit making company formed in 1998. We create and stage new theatre and film, delivering workshops, creative writing, performance and video. To send us an e-mail click here. We are based in the new Arts Quarter at Spencer Yard in Leamington Spa.
Exciting new projects for 2010
Working in partnership with Chedham's Yard, winners of the BBC2 Restoration project, Sez-U has been asked to create a new drama based around the life and times of Joseph Arch, Barford's own working class hero, who was instrumental in forming the first Agricultural Union in Britain and the first working class man to become a member of parliament. Watch this space for more news of workshops and performance details!
At the time of writing we are working with Southam's Cardall Collection on a possible autumn 2010 drama based around the life of Jack Cardall, an inter-war big band leader, who has left Southam a eclectic collection which they wish to celebrate and share with Southam's community. Watch this space for further news!
